Delivery of Recording Studio Vouchers:
The Beehouse takes every care to ensure that your vouchers and bookings are made as requested. If you are unsure about when your voucher will be shipped or have not received one within the expected period of time, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will issue a duplicate.
All vouchers are tracked and monitored, with details kept of the recipient and intention of the voucher to avoid fraud.
Vouchers are usually posted out with a first class stamp on the day of receipt of payment, if this take place before 1PM, although in certain circumstances they may be posted at a different, mutually agreed time.
Special Delivery, which usually gets your voucher there by the next day, can be added manually to your bill as a separate item.
Vouchers are usually accompanied by a letter explaining the details of the experience and with some guidance as to what to do next.
